Not exactly.  Selmer doesn't own Steinway.  Steinway Musical Properties
and The Selmer Company, Inc. have merged.  The official announcement
states that the two companies will continue to operate as independent
entities with no changes in management, plant locations, marketing
strategy or total employment.
