Thanks to Michael and Dean for asking what happenned to the digests.  This
could have been a unnoticed bug, but unfortunately it was not.  The traffic
coming into this mailing list seemed to suddenly stop.  Since I don't send
empty digests, and have been too busy the last few weeks to "start anything
new" myself, I've just waited patiently for input.  Today we have some.

If anyone sent anything in recently that didn't make it here, I'd like to
know about it, as it does seems strange to me for things to have been so
quiet.

I'll send this digest out "early" tonight.
