By Michael Waters

I have recently had these two inquires; does anyone any answers for them:

> I enjoyed viewing your home page. I also have the above referenced
> piano and love it. Absolutely the best antiquity we ever purchased!
> While everything sounds great, the "loud/soft" control does not work.
> The slide is connected and moves back and forth, but there is no
> noticable difference in volume. Any thoughts?

> Have you ever heard of a "Howard Cabinet Grand" piano? If so,
> any idea if it is a player or reproducer?
