My set is the second edition...there's a copyright date of 1925, and a patent date of 1927. I'm fairly sure that this set only had 4 rolls, since they came in a matching box into which the 4 roll boxes fit snugly.

The boxes are brownish/maroonish, with Gulbransen labels. The rolls have brown/maroon metal roll ends, and the tabs have the Gulbransen "piano & baby" logo.

It might be interesting to compare the tunes used on the two editions and see if the 2nd edition is just a duplicate!

Anyone else going to the BoundBrook, NJ Phonograph/Music Box show this Sunday? I'm looking forward to seeing and playing with (if not buying) some fun stuff!
