Mills Violano Violin Misappraised on TV
By Ed Gloeggler

Your note about the "Sandell Memorial Violin," if I may call it that which was obviously presented to the inventor of the Violano is the kind of story that keeps me awake nights. I would certainly track down the producer of that TV show, and try to get the owner's name. The heck with the network. We don't get that show here in NY, or I'd have been on the phone Monday morning. Don't give up. I'm sure the producer gets calls like this every day and probably has list available for callers. If you choose not to persue this thing, pass along a bit more information. Certainly some Violano nut will drive there if he has to.
