Need Brass Tubing for Piccolo Pipes
By Howard Kohlbrenner

Greetings, I read with great interest the recent discussion pertaining to lead tubing for tracker bars. I hope that there are members of this group that will be able to offer the same information as to a source of brass tubing for piccolo pipes.

I am trying to locate tubing with outside diameters of 11/16-inch, 3/4-inch, 13/16-inch and 7/8-inch. The wall thickness should be about .015 to .025 inch. The sources I have found for these sizes all sell it in 20-foot lengths, a lot more than is required for two pipes of each size.

I have located the sizes smaller than 11/16-inch in the McMaster Carr Catolag in one and two foot lengths. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Have a Happy New Year.
