So far, I've only been pleased with PPCo, although I haven't spoken to
them on the phone. My very first order from them came to me with the
famous "red ink" and I had never ordered from them before! I thought it
was odd that they should scold me, when I didn't even HAVE a customer
number.
Also, a note of thanks to Don Bryant, Brian Forster, Bruce Clark and
Don Teach for their responses to my metal plate restoration questions.
What a great resource we have in the members of MMD!
