Kangaroo skin for bellows leather can be purchased from Schaff Piano
Supply Company.  They sell only to professional piano techs so you may
have to call a friendly tuner if you're not in the business yourself.

The kangaroo skin is not actually listed in the catalog.  It's a new
item so you need to call and request catalog numbers for the different
thicknesses, etc.
