Having coveted an original copy of this and only allowing myself to
afford the Dover reprint, I have found a lovely original copy. I did not
buy it, however, since I don't "need" it. This is a first US edition
bound in blue buckram, signed by the author with a letter typed in from
the author to an American who offered corrections to the British edition.
It should be free since it was a gift to the original owner, but now it
is surely worth $200 at Powells in Bremerton, Washington. Check their
website.
In two days I will post this to piporg-l, so call Powells right away if
you're interested.
