Visiting England

Farewell, MMD -- I'm off to Merrie Olde England tomorrow, with my wife
Carole and the South Frisco Jazz Band, for 2-1/2 weeks of playing jazz and
consuming fine ale and spirits.  The band will perform in or nearby Thame
and Liverpool, and finish at the big Keswik Jazz Festival, Cumbria.  Dan
Wilson has provided me with a list of other good musical and non-musical
attractions in the event that the weather (and my head) is clear !
