Seek Organ Director Figure for Gavioli

I am looking for a moving director figure for my Gavioli Fairground
Organ.  Does anyone know of one for sale or one that I could borrow
to make a copy (with suitable deposit or insurance, of course)?

I would also like to get in touch with someone experienced in and very
good at restoration of organ facades, figures, etc.  Preferably (but
not limited to) on the West Coast.
