FS: Welte Roll Collection

My non-computerized friend, David Smith, informs me he is selling his
collection of Welte Licensee rolls.  They are mostly recuts in like-new
condition, many not available today.  He tells me he paid around $2500
and is selling for $1500.  I believe there are about 125 in all.  His
