New Tempola Music Rolls
By Andy Taylor

Hi Gang; For all of you that have bought our rolls, please accept our
thanks! I also appreciate the kind complements many of you sent me
about them. Special thanks to John Tuttle who have sold many through
his "Player-Care" web site.

I originally had a production run of 100 rolls made. I had to put in
an order for more because I am just about sold out. 'Waiting for the
Robert E. Lee' is still the number one seller, with 'Tempola Breakdown'
and the 'TV Themes' roll a close second.

The old 'Ching Chong' recut is a strong third, followed by 'Foggy
Mountain Breakdown', 'Spirit of independence', 'Hilo March', 'Down
Yonder' and 'Joan of Arc'.  I have three copies left of 'Joan of Arc';
we plan to drop it form the list when those copies are gone.

In the next few months we plan on producing some new titles, including
the 'Aristocat' project, 'Over the Waves', 'Anchors Aweigh' and a great
rag tune called 'A Bag of Rags' played by guest pianist Andy Fielding,
who played the piano at Disneyland for 11 years. There will be more if
everything goes well.

Hopefully, as we become more experienced in this sort of thing it will
show in our new arrangements. It takes hours, sometimes days to create
a new arrangement, but we have more fun with it than anything we have
ever done.

All the best and thank you all!

Andy & Chris Taylor
