Mechanical Music on BBC Radio 3
By Jeffrey Borinsky

This is only of relevance to UK subscribers though others may have
access to BBC Radio 3 on a satellite TV audio subcarrier.

At 1645 to 1700 on BBC Radio 3 there are some programmes about
mechanical music.

Today (Monday) featured player and coin pianos at the Northleach museum.

Tuesday will have Rex Lawson on Duo-Art.

Thursday's programme will be from the St Albans Organ Museum.

Friday claims a mechanical violin and early jukeboxes.

Happy listening.

Jeffrey Borinsky
