"Time for Benjamin Franklin's Water Organ"

Martin,  If you really want to avoid sexual connotation in English,
you simply won't be able to use the word "organ" in any title that
includes a man's name.  I don't think "hydraulus" would be any better,
as Americans tend to attach sexual interpretations to words that they
don't understand.  You might try something that refers to the music,
rather than the machine.

On the other hand, what's so terrible about sexual connotation in the
title of a novel?  It has sold a lot of books ...
