Voice of Betty Boop

The voice of Ms. Boop was performed by Mae Questel.  Oddly enough,
she also did the voice for Popeye in some of those cartoons during the
'forties when Jack Mercer (the usual voice of Popeye) was overseas!
I hadn't heard about Ms. Questal's passing, though.
