Seek Pump for Wurlitzer Player Theater Organ
By Phil Underwood

Hello, I was given your e-mail address by someone who thought you
can help me. I own a Wurlitzer player Theatre organ. I am in need of
either an original bellows-type vacuum pump or the plans for one. I am
hoping that you can give me some information.

I have tried the theatre organ people but they seem to think that I
should just install a vacuum cleaner on it and leave it at that. I do
have plans for a pump from the band organ group but I do not know if it
is the correct size.

Any help would be much appreciated. It is the only part I need for the
player.

The organ is on the web at www.theatreorgans.com/wurlitzer.471/

Thanks for your help.

[ Please welcome Phil as our most recent new subscriber. Phil's
[ inquiry is definitely in the category of "Mechanical (self-playing)
[ Music" and potentially starts a thread of discussion on a new topic.
[ There's enough people here that have rebuilt bellows pumps that
[ hopefully someone will ask Phi some additional questions regarding
[ sizing, etc., or perhaps someone has already rebuilt one of pumps and
 [ can comment ? -- Jody
