Auto-typist Pumps
By Stephen Kent Goodman

Auto-typist pumps were also used in Berry Wood instruments. The
orchestrions with pipes in fact used two separate pumps, one for
pressure. They were mounted parallel to each other and shared one
drive shaft. A very poor design indicating the Berry Wood used more
'off the shelf' components than they designed and developed.
