Many, many thanks to Dan Wilson and Richard Vance for their detailed,
erudite explanations of the Themodist system in player pianos!  I've
wondered for many years what the term meant and now I am pleased to
understand the principles.

This kind of shared information and knowledge is what makes the MMD
