Seek Software for Arranging Mechanical Music

Hello,  I am very keen on mechanical music and I like to work
sometimes, as a hobby, as a mechanical music arranger.

So, to follow the techniques evolution, I would like to know if
someone has information about software to arrange mechanical music
in both cardboard book and roll form.
