Building Grand Piano Action Model
By Mike Haydon

While mentoring under a local tuner, I built a model of an upright
action from parts taken from a "spare parts" action in his shop, as
directed by him. This model was helpful in learning to regulate an
upright action, as all the parts and their interaction are clearly
visible.

I would like to construct a similar model of a grand action, if anyone
on the list has a junked grand action and would be willing to take a
few parts off it, I will gladly pay any shipping costs.

[ Mike, could you make a model of the grand piano action developed
[ by Dr. Clarence Hickman? I can supply the drawings. -- Robbie
