Robbie mentioned the Hickman grand action in 990411 MMD.  I believe
that Dick Howe has the original working model.  He gave a presentation
about it at the AMICA convention in New Orleans several years ago.
Perhaps someone could contact him for photos.  It was really a very
interesting and simple mechanism.  However, I think that it didn't catch
on, because all the action makers would have to retool.  Perhaps other
readers have comments?
