Seek "I Cross My Heart" on Music Box

Hi there,  A friend of ours is looking for a special anniversary
present for his wife.  He would like to find a 32 tooth music box
with the tune entitled "I Cross My Heart" by George Strait.

If anyone would know if this is available, we would appreciate
information.
