Shipping and Selling Items Overseas
By John McClure

One of the many advantages of the MMD for me is the contact with fellow
collectors around the world. I have had great experiences with both
sides of the issue. I have bought from Holland, England, Germany and
New Zealand, and sold to Japan, Australia and Canada, with items
arriving sometimes quicker than items ordered from roll suppliers in
the U.S. I sometimes think the roll suppliers enjoy making us wait
until we have almost forgotten the order.

International money orders work well, as do credit cards (no loss of
exchange rate) and the good old post office does the trick: just pack
well and enjoy our quickly shrinking world.

Seasons Greetings, John McClure
