Laptop Computer With MIDI-Out Port
By Albert de Boer

My thanks to all those that reacted to my question on MMD for a laptop
with a MIDI-out port. Most recommended that I buy a small gadget that
would plug into the computers parallel or serial port and would have
one or several MIDI-in and MIDI-out ports.

"Midiman" and "Midiator" were on top of the list. Meanwhile I have
ordered and received a "Midiman" with one 'in' and one 'out' port.
This seems to be the least expensive way to go and is sufficient for
me inasmuch I have dedicated my laptop (bought on eBay) for playing
electronic files on my piano. Now I am about to see if they will
"talk" to each other. My hopes are high!
