Duo-Art Accompaniment Rolls
By Patrick Boeckstijns

Hi, First of all, thanks to those who helped me locate the Duo-Art
roll of "Warsaw Concerto".

I saw on eBay auction a Duo-Art accompaniment roll, so a violinist
or a cellist can play along with the piano. A friend of mine who's
studying classical singing asked me if it is possible to give
a concert accompanied by a Duo-Art piano.

So were there ever rolls (kind of classical 'Word Rolls', actually)
containing "opera aria" accompaniment for a soprano ?
