Regarding the recent MMD Organ Rally posts. The rally will be held
in Wabash, Indiana. Many of the organs will be positioned around
the Honeywell Center in downtown Wabash. Click on the following

By the way, Wabash, Indiana, is a _very_ historic and picturesque town.
In fact it was the first electrically lighted city in America! By the
way, Mr. Honeywell is noted for inventing the thermostat.
You do not have to register to come and listen to the many mechanical
organs which will be present. Everyone is welcome! Friday, July 20,
and Saturday, July 21, are _the_ days to see the organs between 9 AM
and 5 PM. Also, don't forget to see the display of table top mechanical
organs in the air-conditioned Honeywell Room in the Honeywell Center.
(This will be a nice room to go to and cool off!)
Remember that if you want to attend the huge rally mart as either
a seller or a buyer you will have to register. I have just been
informed that there will be a significant number of disc music boxes
for sale at the mart in addition to all the other usual goodies!
For registration details email Frank Rider <fmhrider@comteck.com>
As an incentive for those who register, the famous MBSI Mid-Am red
rally vests are again being made available. Also available this year
are Rally golf shirts.
By the way, if you just plan to visit the rally, please mention to an
organ owner or people wearing badges that you heard about the rally on
the MMD! Information about the Musical Box Society will be available
at the Rally.
"Come on down" to Wabash and enjoy America's largest band organ event!
