Lyon & Healey Artecho Reproducing Grand Piano
By Marty Roenigk

We have recently been offered an Artecho reproducing grand by Lyon
& Healey. It comes with an amazing library of 300 rolls and was
mechanically restored some 16 years ago. I know this system is quite
rare, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything in this market. Is
there any demand out there for such a piece?

Also, out of curiosity, any current observations on the Artecho system?
The owner claims it is far more complex and sensitive than the Ampico,
but that is not what I have heard.
