Source of Unusual Wood Screws
By Jeff Davis

Albert de Boer asked about odd sized screws. My best source over the
years has been American Piano Supply Co., 242 S. Parkway, Clifton, NJ
07014, tel.: 973-777-3600. They carry a range from 1/4-1 on up, many by
1/8 inch increments, in flat head, round and oval, steel, chrome plated
and brass. I have not ordered screws from them for a year or more and
they were recently purchased by Schaff, another large piano parts
supplier. I hope they still carry a large supply, but I don't know for
sure.
