Converting MIDI to WAV
By John Farrell

Mike Knudsen would like to convert MIDI files to WAV thus enabling him
to burn them on to CDs. There are a number of programs which will do
this; I use Wingroove which is idiot-proof and gives excellent results.
A trial version, which will play 30 seconds of a file, can be
downloaded free from http://www.kagi.com/

On payment of a fee (I seem to remember that it was $20) a password is
sent by email. This password removes the 30 second limitation allowing
files of any length to be played.
