Carousel Sounds for Miniature Carousel Horses

Radio Shack has a chip and also a kit (based on the chip) to do this.
I think it is only about $30.00 or so for the kit.  Being that this is
readily available and fairly cheap I think it might at least be
something to look into to get you started.
