Band Organ Rallies, East Coast

Hello fellow MMDers,

Does anyone happen to know of any upcoming Band Organ Rallies in the
Northeast US...  say in the NY and New England areas?  I would love to
attend one this summer, but usually most of the organ rallies are a
little far from me.

Also, I was a little curious to know what ever became of the Wurlitzer
Factory in N. Tonawanda.  I just happened to be out there this past
weekend in Niagra Falls, and was curious as to where exactly the
factory was, and what ever happened to it.
