Printing Lyrics on Music Roll
By Tim Baxter

Dear MMD, I am please to report that Richard Brandle has created
software for use with a HP CP1700 inkjet printer that permits good
quality lyric printing on new rolls. Richard has created a program,
WindPrt.exe, that uses lyric text information from Wind to print the
lyrics quite precisely onto new paper rolls (specifically, the white,
acid-free paper used by the Tonnesen's and David Saul).

I have been able to print a run of two Duo-Art titles complete with
lyrics:

You Do Something To Me (Porter, pb Frank Milne)
Teddy Bear's Picnic (Bratton, pb Robert Armbruster)

I would be pleased to answer any questions about the process.
