Seek Motor for 24" Polyphon

I have in stock an original motor for a 25-inch Symphonion, and I am
in dire need of a motor for a 24-inch Polyphon.  I wonder if anyone
has a Polyphon motor for swap or sale.  Otherwise, next week I will
break with tradition and adapt the Symphonion motor to fit.
