Salvaged Metal from Piano Warehouse Fire

I've re-read the back-issues of MMD preceding this one, but can't seem
to determine where this fire was.  Not all of us know where the other
is located, nor do your address Mastheads necessarily tell us.  Can you
"fill in the blanks"?
