Lador Musical Box Movements 1889 - 1985
By Philippe Rouillé

Dear MMDs, Lador was a well-known maker of small musical box
movements. This company worked from 1889 to 1985, and was bought by
Reuge in 1986, according to the precious book of Jean-Claude Piguet,
"Histoire de la boite a musique a Sainte-Croix", 1996. I read
somewhere that this book is or will be translated in English.

Pages 325 to 331 give a lot of details about Lador, a Swiss (and not
German) company.

Best regards,

Philippe Rouille (Paris, France)
