What is ROMFI
By Matthew Caulfield

I found the ROMFI site somewhat off-putting for the simple reason that
it doesn't explain what ROMFI (a rather ugly-sounding initialism to the
Anglo-American ear) stands for. ROMFI needs to be more forthcoming on
its home page about its name, its sponsorship, and its purpose.
