Greetings automuse,

I recently sent an armature from a Welte "Original" turbine pump to be
rewound.  I left the fans attached so that they could be balanced with
the armature once the job was done.  I packed the parts extremely well.

UPS damaged the box and bent one of the fans to the point that it is
not a good idea to reuse it.  The rewinding shop may be able to find
a spare fan, as unlikely as that sounds.  If they do not, I will either
have to find another pump or the fan myself or have one cast and
machined.

Does anyone have a spare pump of this type that is good enough for
parts?  It can be totally burned out and have bad bearings.  All
I need is a good fan.

Mine is the type that fits completely inside of the wooden box, not
the one that has the intake section protruding from the enclosure.
The two may have the same fan but I have not compared them.  I do not
have the fans with me now so I can not measure them.
