Seek Brass Reed for Organette

I am in need of a brass reed for a 14-note Melodia Orguinette.  This
is the reed in slot 14 of 14.  It is the most bass note and has what
I believe is (G#) stamped on the tip.

I read in the MMD Archives that a Paul Toelken makes reeds for roll
players.  The email address is no longer viable: it was listed as
<ptoelken@northlink.com>  Does anyone have current contact information
on this fellow?  Any contacts will be appreciated.  Thanks.
