Seek Ampico Roll Catalogue

Wanted: Ampico Reproducing Piano Rolls Catalogue 1972 Vestal Press
By Elaine Obenchain.

Needed badly for reference since I deal in expression rolls.  I have
the 1927 book but need the later edition for the popular music.
