Seek Plans to Build Music Roll Perforator

Hi to all, I am looking for plans to build a homemade roll perforator.
I saw a great idea on the MMD Pictures page. Mr. Bentley made a totally
manual perforator for punching "O" rolls. I would like to make one
for punching 88-note piano rolls. If somebody has plans or even
recommendations, I would be most grateful.
