Melographic Roll Company
By Bryan Cather

In reply to my friend Damon's query: Back when my roll collecting was
based on finding as many different brands as possible, I had a couple
Melographic rolls. If memory serves, the paper was a grayish-green,
and quite heavy. Also, I seem to recall that the label indicated
(rather like Connorized rolls) that they were supposed to be impervious
to atmospheric changes. There is a small bit about them in the book
"Player Piano Treasury". Damon, if you don't have a copy of this book,
let me know and I'll see that you get the info out of it.
