Seek "Indian Love Call" Played by Freddie Rich

I have a 1976 Kimball spinet player, but I have a special roll I need
to replace so that I may listen to this melody by a standard QRS roll,
or _any_ roll with the same melody.  The roll title is

  Duo Art
  The Aeolian Company
  713054
  Indian Love Call
  "Rose Marie"
  Fox Trot and Song Roll
  Played by Freddie Rich
  Friml

What's left of the original roll leaves much to be desired; it's really
wore out.  I'll take sheet music if anyone has the Freddie Rich
version.
