Seek Motor for Musical Christmas Tree Stand

Is it all possible to get a replacement for a miniature motor that
powers a music box?  The music box is in a revolving Christmas tree
stand.  The motor is stamped with "Breitler" and the music movement
is also made in Switzerland.  I bought it new in about 1950.  Thanks.
