Simplex 65-Note Player Piano & Rolls

This would be true for 65-note only, but dual standard 88/65 players
were continued, at least until 1916, by Aeolian Co in the USA when they
stopped making pushups, and 1918 by Kastner in the UK.  The British
65-note dance music rolls were continued right up to the time the Hayes
factory of Universal Music Co was converted for munitions work at the
outbreak of WW2 in 1939.

We mustn't forget the late Steve Cox of Laguna Rolls, who not only made
65-note recuts ca. 1978-90 but had dies made for all-plastic pinned
spool-ends, which were very successful.
