The Internet _is_ risky, especially for Windows users, but there
are some safeguards:

1. Pay the people who advertise they will "protect" you.
2. Unplug your machines every three minutes.
3. Stay informed by subscribing to newsletters.
4. Subscribe to your ISP's anti-virus and spam filtering services.
