Zimbalist Musical Box
By Diana Owens

-- non-subscriber, please reply to sender and MMD --

I bought a Zimbalist music box two weeks ago at an estate sale in
Little Rock, Arkansas. It is about 3-1/2 by 4 inches and very heavy,
and inside the lid is an enameled scene. The Thorens music box
movement would not work so I bought it for $16.00. My companion, Lee,
was able to fix it; it had been overwound.

It had a leaflet inside so have kept it. I am impressed by the quality
of it and I would like more info on it. Please, someone help me out.
