Seek Cremona Roll Flange

I'm looking for the left-hand Cremona roll flange (for the music roll)
or the complete unit.  The original had been glued at some point, but
doesn't look like it's got any chance to be glued again.  If any MMDer
has the left-hand flange or an extra set of flanges they would be
willing to sell, it would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
