Formatting 1.4 Mb Floppy Diskettes as 720 kb

As far as formatting a 720 kb floppy diskette is concerned, I would
consider replacing the existing floppy drive with a 1.4 Mb floppy
drive.  They are in the $10 to $15 range and it is usually a drop-in
replacement.
