Very interesting news about these special test rolls for factory use.
It is encouraging to see that new information is still to be found.

Even more interesting is that a group, whose purpose is to promote
mechanical music, plans to hold this material exclusive to their
members only.  I really don't see how this attitude will help the cause
of a flagging interest in mechanical music.  Information deserves to be
shared, and help and advice willingly offered are the only roads to
take in keeping mechanical music alive.
